What happens after I place my order? 

Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order. You will automatically receive your tracking number to your email once your order has been shipped out. Please kindly allow 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update.

Why does my order have multiple tracking numbers?

If you have ordered multiple items from us, we may need to separate your order due to package size restrictions. In this scenario, we will send multiple tracking numbers in the tracking email so that you can track each package. 

What happens if I don’t receive my order? 

Under our Refund Policy, we will issue a refund for your item that does not arrive after 45 days from the order date. Please be assured that we will do our best to ensure that you receive your item on time, but factors outside our control (i.e., customs clearance, protests, pandemic lockdowns) may cause delays. We seek your kind understanding during this period.

* DHL & UPS Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via the Standard Shipping method.

Incorrect Addresses 

MINGSHIXUAN is unfortunately not able to accept responsibility if you provide us with an incorrect address for shipping. We are required to ship to the address that you provide to us, so please ensure that you double check the delivery address as soon as you place your order. If you request an address change, our team will work on a best efforts basis to change the address, however, we will not be able to amend the address once the item has been shipped out.
